How much does a small business website cost?

£585 to build up to five pages, then £85 a month to run, with a 12-month minimum. The build price is fixed and agreed before we start.

What does the £85 a month cover?

Hosting, SSL, domain admin, backups, security updates and up to an hour of copy edits a month. Extra edit time is £45 an hour.

How long does a website take to build?

Two weeks from an agreed scope.

What if I need more than five pages?

Extra pages are an add-on, priced on scope and agreed before any work starts. The same goes for booking and payments.

Is the website GDPR compliant?

Yes. Every build includes a cookie banner with consent, a cookie policy, a privacy policy and GDPR-compliant contact forms.

Can I see my own website analytics?

Yes. Analytics are set up so you can see visits and enquiries yourself. Monthly reporting comes with Get found online.

I already have a website. Can you just help me get found on Google?

Yes. Get found online works with your existing site for £435 a month plus £400 setup, and the £85 website care is included. The £400 review checks first whether your site can carry the work.

What is the monthly one-pager?

A single page each month showing where you rank, what people searched to find you, services your customers are searching for that you don’t offer yet, which competitors show above you, and what we will do next. It comes with Get found online.

Do you help with ChatGPT and AI search?

Yes. Get found online checks whether ChatGPT, Google AI Overviews and Perplexity mention your business, and keeps the facts they rely on accurate.

Who owns the website?

You do. Your code and domain from launch.

Can I leave?

Yes. Plans have a 12-month minimum, then run rolling monthly with thirty days' notice either way. To leave a website plan in the first year, you pay the remaining months at £85, capped at £500. To leave Get found online in the first year, you pay £500.

Is the £400 review a sales pitch?

No. You get a costed list of fixes in one week, and it is yours whether you ask us to do the work or not. If you do, £200 comes off the build or the Get found setup.

What is the launch offer?

Two clients get the build free, in exchange for a published case study. You pay the £85 a month on the usual 12-month minimum.
